When you buy from Unpublished University, you're getting access to intellectual property that can’t be “returned.” That means:

Booking Policy

At Unpublished University, we value your time, and ours. To keep things smooth, respectful, and productive, here’s how bookings work:
1. Booking Requirements

All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the date, time, and session link.
2. No Refunds
All bookings are nonrefundable.
We reserve that time specifically for you, so no-shows and last-minute cancellations mean someone else misses out too.
3. Rescheduling Policy

Need to reschedule? No problem, just email us at support@unpublisheduniversity.com

You must reach out at least 12 hours before your session to reschedule.

If you cancel within 12 hours or don’t show up, your session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
4. Late Arrivals

Sessions start on time.

If you're more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cut short with no time added.

We recommend showing up a few minutes early and being fully prepped.
5. Be Ready
Come prepared, with questions, documents, or talking points ready to go. The more prepared you are, the more value you’ll get from your session.
